Decorated garments cannot be returned. All sales are final. If you have any questions regarding the size, style, or fit of a garment before purchasing, please contact us. If your product is defective due to printing or manufacturing, please reach out to us within 5 business days of picking up your order, so we can correct any issues.

Absolutely! We can accommodate any size order from one piece, to thousands!
Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days from proof and order approval. This can extend to 10-15 business days for certain promotional products or during busy seasons. Have a rush? Give us a call! We can accommodate most rushes for our valuable customers.
Yes. Have a backpack that you want your kid’s name on? We can help with that and more! Please note that customer-supplied items are the customer’s risk. While we take great pride and care in the decoration of our orders, misprints or damage to the item is a possibility.
